  Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. My uncle was a veteran and the services were planned in advance of his death. We requested a flag for his casket as he was a veteran, we provided the necessary information along with contact numbers to obtain a burial flag and there was plenty of time for the paperwork to be completed. Upon my uncle's passing, we were informed that Nissley Funeral Home did not fill out the appropriate paperwork and did not obtain a burial flag for him, but that they would use flag that they had for the service. The day of the service they arrived in a mini van with my uncle's casket sitting on broom sticks in the back. They provided no instruction or assistance on removing the casket from the back of the van. There was NO flag as promised on my uncle's casket and the "Made in America" price tag was still attached to his casket. How disrespectful for a veteran's who served our country. The funeral director and assistant then processed to sit in the van and talk during the graveside service. After the graveside service the family wasn't even in their cars yet before they started lowering the casket into the ground. I'm sorry providing a service for my uncle and our family was such and inconvenience.
